Stained Glass Pre-Order Form

How this works:

• I will be doing a few rounds of custom orders of a select few of my newer stained glass designs. If you are interested, please fill out the form below with what you are interested in. I will then email you, to finalize the details.

• Once the details are finalized and I'm ready to begin working on your piece I will send you an invoice. After you've paid the invoice, please allow a couple of weeks for me to finish you piece.

• I will only be working on a few at a time, so thank you for your patience if I don't get back to you right away.

• If you are interested in more than one design just fill it out for one and we can discuss the others when I email you back.
